Fred Worth, the owner, was very straightforward and explained my options to me frankly and honestly. We began with the intention of fixing my old boiler, but when we found multiple additional problems, we came to the conclusion that I should replace it and my old water heater. The boiler had been a long term headache and given me no heat all winter!!! I’ve been using multiple electric space heaters!!! Anyway, Fred sent Elvis and his crew out and they did a great job. When I came home yesterday, the thermostat was set at 72. The whole house felt great! Incidentally, I had asked him originally to replace all the valves on the old radiators, which no longer functioned. I also chose a high efficiency boiler unit and not only will that drop my Gas bill down significantly, I can turn the heat down a little bit in the rooms that get a bit too warm and the rooms, but I don’t use. That ought to help me save an additional few dollars each month and beat it all I get to apply for $800 rebate! Thank you, Fred! Especially thank you, Elvis and the crew for all of their hard work!!!

I'm very happy with the radiant heat Fred and Elvis (Elvis is awesome. friendly, knowledgeable and all around great guy) installed in my home. Before the radiant heat, I had a hot air blower system that I hated with a burning passion. I missed the radiators I had when I lived in DC. So this was a completely new system. We got a natural gas combination broiler system. It replaced the old gas hot water heater that I was planning to replace in the near future. Unfortunately, I only had enough money to do the basement and the 1st floor of the house (the 2nd floor has electric baseboard heaters), but there's room in the system to add radiators. I love the tankless system. Fred can be a little hard to get a hold of, for that I should make this 4 stars. Elvis, who has done most of the work, is like 6 stars of awesome, so it's 5 stars from me.

We have had them do the plumbing for our kitchen island, fix leaks and toilet backups. Every time, the job is done to the utmost standards and they have accommodated us when emergencies have arisen.

Kensington was great. Showed up on time and installed a Viessmann Boiler. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great service. I would use them again. He is a true craftsman.
